If you are an individual without a team and would like Oztag to place you in a team, please complete our Individual Player Nomination form. If you know of any other children playing and would like to be placed in the same team, please list their name on the nomination form.

Players will be emailed with further details including team name and how to finalise your registration after 15 August 2024.
